Outstanding HVAC Service! From start to finish, AM Mechanical exceeded every expectation. When my AC suddenly stopped cooling, they responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. The technicians arrived on time, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and explained everything clearly. Clearly, their goal was to help, no pressure, no selling everything off the truck, just solid expertise and friendly service. It was clear they wanted to find and fix my issue. The attention to detail was impressive. The AM Mechanical techs fixed the issue and gave me several helpful tips on maintaining the system for long-term performance. Our home is now cooler than ever, and our energy bill is already showing improvement! Finding a trustworthy, skilled, and courteous HVAC company was nice. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone we know.

I called 4 HVAC companies after our system suddenly stopped working. The first told me over the phone that they couldn't fix our type of system. The second made two appointments and never showed up. After a few days of that, we reached out to number 3. They came out, spent over an hour, went to get parts, and never came back. Several days and calls trying to chase them down failed to get the job done. Then... I called AM Mechanicals. Jeremy came out right on time and did the troubleshooting to determine the problem. Our system was 5 years old and had been installed by someone else. Still, Jeremy contacted the manufacturer and they sent out a new control board under warranty. I didn't even know there was a warranty remaining. Once it arrived, he came back out (on time again,) and made the repair. System works perfectly! This man is a skilled tradesman and very courteous. The final bill was a little over half of what I expected. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. The whole experience was handled very professionally from the first call to the office until the job was completed. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Wish I could give 10 stars.

My A/C stopped working and of course it was on a Sunday. Called multiple companies but AM Mechanical were the only ones who said they can come out same day. I appreciate the technician who came out on a hot Sunday late afternoon. Luckily, it was an easy fix and he was done in under 30 minutes. Price was also very reasonable. Both, the technician and Mike communicated very well with me. Can really recommend this company!

Dean was great. I called this company and told the receptionist what I was looking for because I had another company come out and they told me that the part I needed had to be shipped and could not get it repaired for a week. That would have put me without heat for 8 days.she offered to check with all the servicemen and look in their supplies. I spoke with Dean and he came out that day and got the part the next day. It was repired 4 days sooner and he was so professional and empathetic to my situation. This company saved me major money for the repair. This was the week leading up to the big snow we had. I would highly recommend this company. I can't say enough about Dean.
