Ryland with White’s Appliance in Easley recently repaired my Speed Queen dryer and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Ryland quickly identified the problem, clearly explained the repair needed, and kept me updated while the part was on order. When it arrived, he returned promptly and completed the repair with skill and professionalism. Ryland has earned my trust with his knowledge, reliability, and great communication skills. I highly recommended White’s Appliance for their top notch customer service and repair needs!

I had never used White's Appliance Inc before but I will definitely be using them again. I was having problems with my old Thermador Cooktop. Ryland was the technician that promptly came to my house. to assess the problem. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the pros and cons of repairing the cooktop versus purchasing a new one. I ended up deciding to purchase a new cooktop since the repair was risky and had the possibility of breaking our gas line. Whites was able to get a new Thermador cooktop at a fabulous price for me and installed it the very same day! Pleased with the service, the timeliness and the price! Ryland Garrett is a great tech and represents this business well. On time, diagnosed the fault on the Bosch microwave/convection oven quickly and we got the repair completed all within a few short days. He noted a subpar install and corrected that as well.....he and Terence did a great job with the repair overall. ....we will use White's forward.

Whites Appliances in Easley is truly top-notch! They’ve serviced several of my existing appliances over the years — even ones I didn’t purchase from them — and the customer service has always been outstanding. Because of that, when it was time for a new washer and dryer, choosing Whites was an easy decision, and I couldn’t be happier! Their storefront offers so much more than the big box stores: a modern, beautiful showroom with the latest technology and styles you won’t find anywhere else. The entire experience, from service to sales, has been exceptional. Highly recommend shopping local and supporting this amazing business!

Update- after posting my review last week, Alan sent Jamal out with metal covers for the oven and it looks much better. The pine knot wood was nice, but didn’t match my cabinets. See picture below with the completion. 4-stars now that it has been corrected. 5/15/25-I bought an oven from this store last Memorial Day 2024 and they still have not finished filling the gaps in my cabinets. Jamaal came out and put this wood up before Christmas to make it look better for the time being. They also charged me more than quoted when the oven came and didn’t fit. 1-star
