Thank heavens for this place. Our washing machine broke and going to the laundromat is not fun. So I reached out to them and they responded quickly. Bought a washer over the phone and 2 hours later it was delivered. Hallelujah. Excellent customer service. And our new washer has an agitator so even better. This is how you do business. Awesome local small business. Had a nice selection of appliances that were in much better condition than other competitors in the area. They were able to get our old appliances picked up and the new one dropped off same day. They went out of the way to get us our dryer delivered so we didn’t have to take our load we were in the middle of to the laundry mat.

I just moved into a new place and needed a washer and dryer. I told them my budget and Aaron immediately sent me all the washers and dryers that would work for me so I could choose what I wanted without having to come in. I needed them asap and they delivered within an hour of purchasing. They were super helpful, communicative, and checking in afterward to follow up. Recommend! The owner was friendly and helpful to talk to over the phone and sent me pictures as we spoke of my options. This was the 3rd place I got quoted and knew that bridge city appliances was offering a great deal. Loved that they offered very reasonably priced delivery and installation as well as a great 1 year warranty option that made me feel comfortable ordering immediately! My laundry space in my house is super small and tight but the delivery guys were super quick and savvy getting it in place!

I bought my washer about three years ago from them and it's been an excellent washer so when my dryer decided to die I knew I would check with them first. I found a dryer at a very good price and bought it. The part I like about them is they deliver it set the new dryer up and hauled the old one off which is great. The driver showed up on time and had it all set up and ready to go in about 30 minutes. If your looking to buy a new appliance check with them first because their prices are very good and the people are very friendly.
