I had a very disappointing experience with The Cook’s Station. I ordered an olive oil serving dish through their website, and nowhere during the checkout process was it made clear that the order would be pickup only. There was no banner or clear notice explaining that online orders aren’t available for shipping, so I only found out after placing my order. I called to see if they could simply ship the item instead. Instead of offering a way to pay online, I was asked to read my credit card number over the phone to cover a $6 shipping charge because they don’t have an online shipping option. For a business selling products online in 2026, that’s an outdated and inconvenient process. To make matters worse, rather than waiving a $6 shipping fee on an item that was already priced well above what it sells for elsewhere, they chose to cancel my order. That says a lot about their customer service and priorities. If you can’t properly support online orders or ship products purchased through your website, you shouldn’t be offering them for sale online in the first place. Until The Cook’s Station modernizes its ordering process and is transparent about pickup-only items, I can’t recommend supporting this business.

The Cook’s Station is a great place! They have an amazing selection of quality cooking and baking equipment and supplies. The store is massive. They offer cooking and baking classes that are super fun. Great for a date night. The restaurant is great as well. Most recently we went for their monthly burger night.

I attended a crepe making class with my mom because I like cooking, especially breakfast foods. The Chef was nice and did show us how to make crepes in a frying pan, not on a wheel-but they were still pretty good. But this place couldn't make orange spritzer drinks without alcohol. They claimed that sparkling water was too expensive and management couldn't buy any bubbly water because it was too expensive. We go to Publix all the time and buy BOGO bubbly water and its pretty cheap like $0.50/can. What kind of bubbly alcohol are they serving in their orange juice that is less than bubbly water at $0.50/can? They made my mom leave the class and go downstairs to their cafe and purchase expensive bubbly water for me to have a non-alcoholic spritzer & theirs was expensive and lousy. There's had no flavor. At home, I mix up all kinds of fun bubbly drinks using different juices and flavored bubbly spritzers. I'm surprised that as a kid, I know more about bubbly water and making nice drinks to go with breakfast and brunch than this cooking school, but that is the way it was, so that's why I put only one-star. PS. There were adults, like a grandpa and a younger adult, taking the class that morning who also didn't want to drink alcohol---it wasn't just me. They probably would have liked to drink a juice spritzer made with bubbly water just like me. A person in my family struggles with alcohol abuse and their life has turned very sad because of it. That's why I think this cooking school should learn more about non-alcoholic spritzer options for kids and adults.

Extremely disappointed in the Friday Fish Fry! Food was so salty I almost had to remove it from my mouth! Other folks saw me tossing it in the trash and agreed. They commented that they also heard folks sitting outside making the same comment! I love their cooking classes and the retail store, but the Fish Fry was a HUGE disappointment and it wasn't cheap considering the portions.

Holy cow. Signed up for one of their cooking classes, they sell out super fast so be sure to stay updated when they release a new schedule, and it was so enjoyable. Semi-hands on, we got to enjoy a 3-course meal we saw prepared in front of us, I definitely would book a class with them again.
