Kimbrell's Furniture

My mother and I decided to get a new couch and it was an amazing experience at this Kimbrell’s. The staff was so nice and helpful. Especially Maria Rincon she helped us get everything financed and was so kind, helpful, and patient! When I go back I’ll be asking for her! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back when the need arises.

I came the other day to look around with my daughter .. My daughter purchased furniture at the Whitehorse Road location. Let me tell you. Maria and Kim were the sweetest! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted. Maria came up to me. She asked if I had any questions. She was very acknowledge answer all my questions… As soon as I made up my mind. Kim Took care of me with the financing. She was also very acknowledge very friendly. She explained everything on my contract. Maria and Kim made our experience feel like we were at home. And I watched them as my daughter was financing her furniture how Kim and Maria greeted every single customer to walk in and out of that store. Please keep these ladies! I will definitely be back to buy furniture.

The salesman was great. I can't remember his name, but he is a young African American with three boys. He was very attentive and positive about my outcome in purchasing what I was looking for. I did find it. The down side is the cost. A little more than I expected to pay after the initial pricing on the sectional. It's ok! Early payoffs will work!🙄

Amazing customer service, friendly employees who don't pressure you, they treat you with courtesy and respect. Pleasant delivery team who were also friendly and efficient. Great selection with reasonable prices and we got our delivery the very next day. Highly recommend! They made sure all was handled to our complete satisfaction.
