I came in to get my four and back windows tinted. I made an appointment online, which was super easy. I walked in, they were very courteous and showed me the different tinting options. I don’t think I was there for more than an hour and a half, In the car was all ready to go. They were also clear about aftercare. The tent job looks very clean and professional, and I’m still very happy with the results. I also did some shopping around and they seem to be one of the more reasonably priced options. Highly recommend if you’re looking for tinting services.

Reviews take time to read and to write so I hope this helpful for all parties involved including the owner and future potential customers. Recently had lights installed for my daughter’s car. I came in a couple days before actual install bc i was told that in order to give an accurate price they would need to see the vehicle. I was verbally quoted by the installer $150-200 for installing lights on the dash and the center console. I received another verbal quote at the same time for doors of an extra $150-200. Walked back inside with the installer that gave me verbal quote and the girl at the desk asked if we wanted to make an appointment. The installer explained the prices to her correctly…i figured she put them in the system. I was given no papers to sign or any other written quotes or written diagrams for me to confirm where lighting would be placed….everything was verbal with the guy that actually installed my lights. daughter drops off car 9am sat. i receive a call asking me if I wanted to do some cameras I had been eye balling …I declined and I made sure on the call to tell them I did NOT want the door lights done. Picked up the car by close same day and was then asked to sign paperwork. lol (this is when i should have trusted my gut and ask to see the work) This seemed really backwards to me overall to sign agreement papers after the fact but I was trusting the conversation that I had with the installer who then told the front girl at the desk. End result was after they had me sign the papers and pay they gave me my keys. I go out and Only dash lights were installed NoT the center console. I go back inside thinking they will get the installer to do a face to face with me to clear up any misunderstandings, but NOPE …the employee working there states it will be another 150-200 for the console lights. I explain that everything was done backwards and the paper i signed with job notes should have been filled out at the time of booking or definitely before starting any work. Employee reacted like this is a normal process to have customers sign after the work is completed the necessary forms to cover themselves legally. If I would have known after me doing the right thing by signing the forms that they would not return in the same by finishing the job that was agreed to then I would have taken my keys and left….offered to pay 1/2 ($75) and call it a lesson learned. Now i’m out $75+ dollars and feeling like I got robbed. In regards to the quality of work . lights were cut short on both ends and the on/off button put in the wrong place but Once i realized there lack of business moral and values …I just thought what’s the point of even mentioning it! …better to keep my peace intact!! Real shame that this happened I had planned on going back for back up cameras but with my experience and reading others I see I need to look elsewhere!! I suggest you do your own research into reviews I DID NOT bc I’m from here locally and Rodgers Stereo as I remember was a Great place …guess things change!!

Had good chat with the folks that work there. Ordered window tint as a gift, and scheduled it for after Christmas. Went back and purchased subs and an amp for my truck. Excellent customer service and follow through after the sale.

I went to get my windows tinted on 08/25/2021. After arriving, I spoke with the Store Manager, David who checked me in. I explained what I wanted, which was dark windows and a tinted windshield. He said "I would recommend the 18% on all the windows and 45% on the windshield. You won't be able to see inside them except for a silhouette." I went with his recommendation. After waiting two hours, I got outside to my car and was extremely disappointed. I mentioned it not being dark enough and was told "well, it does has to dry". I waited a few days and still no change. I called and spoke with David. I told him I wasn't satisfied with my tint and he told me to bring it up there. I went up there to wait 1.5 hour of them trying to get an answer on a getting a refund. By this time, the owner is introduced. He states, he wants to make it right. I agree to have the windows redone. He states he would even give me an in-house credit. "We will get you taken care of." After arriving to my appointment on 08/27/2021, I was informed by the owner, I would pay $150 due to him needing to pay his window tint employees to redo the job and he would give me a $150 in-house credit. After taxes, I paid $160.50. This was never explained to me prior to them getting my car in the shop. Bait and switch. The window tint looked worse. The tint was cut too short on multiple windows. I have attempted to resolve this with the owner; however he told me to dispute it. The images have colored paper behind them to show the flaw in the window tint. I have had a police officer read my window tint and is NOT consistent with illegal percent they were paid to put on my car. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else. I'm currently disputing all charges ($535.XX) with my banks and filing complaint with BBB.
