Used one machine with a card reader, one with coins. Scanned the card, on the 3rd try it worked, BUT I scanned the card several prior times thinking it timed out because nothing happened (the left back corner one). After getting it working at $5.25, I thought everything was fine, until I checked my card account. Their scanner charged me $12.25, and 9.75 additional charges for loads never used, were the 3rd scan worked with paying $5. I disputed the charged amounts with my account C.S., but so I'll see what happens. The real problem is the screen isn't easy to read, and second, there are no clear directions/warnings how the scanners work...I've used similar ones for years, and never had a similar experience. Not to mention, after scanning the signs, labels, and stickers on windows, there are no posted numbers of a responsible party to contact if needed.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Has roaches and the speed dryer didn't even get my clothes dry completely. What a waste of money. If it takes more money to dry them completely even on a big load then put a sign up saying so. Instead of leading people to believe the speed larger dryer can dry better and faster. When it's the same as all the others.

I usually love this laundromat. Been going here for years when my washer/dryer mess up. Now is one of those times. I had washed a few things by hand and had them hanging to dry. It’s currently 11:07 pm and they still weren’t dry, so I decided to go dry them using the dryers. They claim they operate by card too. This is a bold faced lie. This is the second time I’ve tried using the card reader, only for it to flash DECLINED. I’ve tried different machines. Hell, I’ve even tried different CARDS: credit, debit, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, etc. ALL FLASH DECLINED. I’ve tried swiping them, using the chip reader — still declined. It’s ridiculous because I know I have money. I’m literally sitting here, looking at my balance. Try the card again — DECLINED. It would be nice if the card readers actually worked because I don’t carry cash unless there’s a specific need for it. I didn’t plan on having cash until next week for laundry, but needed a few things sooner. Only for the card readers to hate me.
