Electronic Express

I was going to buy a dishwasher from them. I had tried to order it online, but the third party verification system to process my first responder discount was failing. I made a phone call to corporate who was super nice, told me they can help in person. I was discriminated and extremely mistreated. I asked for a Midea, same price, and they ordered a louder-decibel Frigidaire instead. The manager refused to apply my first responder discount, which is discrimination, once again. One week later, I call to see if my order was in before driving to Jackson. After confirming my name, they called me a discriminatory slur loudly over the phone. I went in to cancel my order. They had a young employee stand beside the counter to try to interrogate me before I could return it. I told him, “It doesn’t matter. Please leave me alone.” The manager processed the return with noticeable agitation, and then shouted at me, “Have a good day! - OR NOT!” I’ll never go back there. You don’t have the right to disrespect me or my good name. You’re disgusting.

My experience there was ok, except I paid for a black washer and dryer set only to be informed after I left there that the price I paid was for the white washer set due to the price tag being on the wrong set. I feel like since it was a mixup on their part they should have honored the price for what they had wrong. But it’s all good.

I’ve never been so compelled to write a review in my life. 5/5 experience. Marco was professional, knowledgeable, and made that interaction feel like the most natural sales experience I’ve ever had. Prices were great. We went to three other shops around Jackson today and it just felt so stressful and products were massively lacking and or broken on the floor. All the appliances are well maintained at Electronic Express. You can walk out (can take a little time but same day pickup) with any floor model (or boxed if they have it in stock) and that was a big perk for us. They also had SpeedQueen, which is top quality. We were very impressed. Loved our experience. Marco was fantastic to work with.

We shopped many local stores but were unable to find what we were looking for. We were recommended to check out Electronic Express by a family member. Great experience from the time we walked in the door to check-out! The young man that waited on us was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make a choice in purchasing our new microwave! Will definitely shop Electronic Express in the future!!!

everybody in there was so quick to help you and Sister on making sure they were the ones that got your stuff to your vehicle. My husband and I and my son bought quite a bit from them. I’m really love the care and professionalism that they displayed each one of us felt that they really went above and beyond to help us, with all the really the best he really stayed on top of us and answered all our questions and that the same time not letting other customers feel ignored. He was so courteous. We look forward to visiting again for our next electronic or household product.
