3 Weeks ago purchased and 2 weeks ago delivered Had been looking to purchase a new sofa set after checking your ad online decided to check out the Elizabethton Tn store. Mona helped me very nice and professional. I proceeded and decided to go ahead and order the set I wanted sofa loveseat and chair they didn't have the ottoman in store but online they had the ottoman with the chair and showed the price. So I told them I wanted it and mentioned the ottoman was advertised with the chair and they stated they would make a call and get it ordered. Signed all the paperwork and week later it was all delivered except the.ottoman that was pictured with chair no mention of it being a separate price. I called and they stated they would check into it week later no word from them. I called and a person who stated she was manager named Cathy who is not manager material at all and talked to me like I was stupid when I was just going by what they advertised smartly said it costs extra if I want it. I asked her for a corporate phone number and she said it looks like you already called it and said you got everything that is in your contract of course they say that you would think they could be trusted to put everything in the contract that was mentioned and i did mention the ottoman just sounds like a way to say haha got you. I told her I told them about it before the contract was ever done from your ad the ottoman is with chair not separate she said nope its separate I stated well it does not say that and I have pictures of the ad to prove it and its still listed in the ad with the chair. VERY VERY bad customer service would not recommend this place and you can bet that I will make sure that every chance I get to persuade someone to buy somewhere else I will do it and I will be posting this to all social media platforms
