Caden repaired our old Kenmore Dishwasher this morning. Very friendly and did a wonderful job! We couldn't be more pleased with Caden & Mr. Appliance. We will certainly call Mr. Appliance with any future appliance repairs. He would always call and let us know he was on his way. Thank you, and make sure you thank Caden.

Absolutely excellent service from beginning to end. When I called to schedule service, Maria, was absolute delight. She was polite and friendly and originally scheduled service the following day. Within, what seemed like just a few minutes, she called back and said they could actually get me in the same day. That never seems to be the case when you are working with companies these days. Ryan called just as Maria had said before he arrived. He told me he’d be here in 20 minutes and showed up right on time. I had asked them to look at a Samsung dishwasher and refrigerator that weren’t working properly. Ryan was friendly and knowledgeable throughout his entire visit. He got both issues fixed for what I thought was a very fair price. I’d highly recommend this company as they are easy to deal with and really know what they’re doing. I know that if I ever have any other appliance repair needs I will definitely be calling Mr. Appliance.

First let me say I appreciate that they could get to me on the same day, but, demanding to be paid in full for the next visit which would have been to actually repair my oven in full 100% for parts and service is a bit much. Asking to be paid for parts in advance I can see, but definitely not asking for payment for services and labor not yet performed. I hired a contractor once who wanted $500 in advance for supplies- Nope! You make a list and I'll go get it. Appliance repair people that's a little different. I've ordered parts and paid for parts to be ordered in advance but absolutely definitely will not pay someone in full nor part for services or work, labor not yet performed. If you don't do it to my satisfaction I'm stuck because you've already got my money. Knowledgeable? The tech tried. I had already Googled the problem and had the same three possible problems from multiple websites. After a lengthy time checking everything but the last of the three possible problems and three phone calls later, together they decided what it was. After receiving the estimate for the next appointment I paid for the service call only and declined any future appointments for them to repair my range. I ordered the part from Frigidaire, had it overnighted and fixed my range on my own. The tech was pleasant and friendly, just obviously new which we have all been at one time. And yes, the part fixed the problem. Demanding full payment up front for labor and/ or services up front that hasn't been scheduled nor completed yet? Definitely the straw that broke the camels back and the #1 reason I won't use again.

Our dishwasher was leaking water occasionally so we contacted Mr Appliance. They came out very quickly, found and fixed the problem right away. But the thing I found incredibly valuable was the advice we were given on dishwasher and appliance care. In fact, I mentioned I thought he should teach a class on appliances to young homeowners! It was very helpful, he was very friendly and I happily recommend Mr. Appliance.

I have a Wolfe microwave that was very erratic—adding and skipping time, stopping and occasional non responsive touch screen. Mr Appliance came and replaced the control board behind the touch screen for $897!! Before the tech left it was still erratic, but he said to see how it functioned. They have a 1 year warranty so I called them back in 2 weeks due to same problems. This time the tech called Wolfe who was very familiar with all the varied problems and said it was the door hinges- the microwave doesn’t think the door is closed. The tech told me that would cost an additional $213. Since the same problems persisted, the original control panel replacement was NOT the problem. However, I understand that it “looked” like a control panel problem which led to the $897 bill. I told the tech I don’t fault him for replacing the board, but I object to paying them profit on that job since it was the WRONG solution and I was paying for their “expertise” when I called them. Moreover asking me to pay an additional $213 for new hinges just felt wrong. I said I was happy to cover the “cost” of the original control board replacement- even though that wasn’t the problem, but I wanted the Profit portion of the $897 back- then we could talk about new door hinges. The tech called his office to present my view- and was told they would not do anything. They would not refund any part of the $897 I had paid them and the door hinges would be $213. I thanked the tech and sent him on his way. Be Aware! Update: I see in your comments you say it was working properly after they replaced the control panel. That is FALSE. I tested it while the tech was still at my home and it was still losing time, adding time- same problems. Your tech said “well I hope this can get you through the holidays. We offer a 1 year warranty and left. I indeed called again because it was still doing the same thing.
