Borden's Appliance Parts And Service

I brought in my wall mounted oven and my cook top stove. He didn't have the part for the stove, but he took time out of his day to find me someone who had the part. Then he was able to fix my stovepipe by the next day. My appliances are 60 years old and have not made replacement parts in 40 years. This is the type of service that used to exist. I can't say enough good things about Borden's Appliance

Needed to have the water inlet valve replaced on our Frigidaire. Called several places and Bordens was the only one responsive to our request. We gave them the model number and they said would be a few days for the part to arrive. Showed up two days later at 4 in the afternoon and had it done and out the door in a jiffy. Definitely old school as they take checks for payment.

Been dealing with Bordens for 22 years. They are always professional and do a fine job. They don't try to overcharge and have been nothing but fair and honest with us. Fixed our ice maker recently. It is working once more which is a relief. My husband is very handy with home repairs, but this had him stumped. He said he'd never have figured it out. I also got a reminder that the coils are UNDER this model. I keep cleaning behind it which isn't really helping. I'm stuck in the past when coils were on the rear I suppose.

Went in yesterday to get a heating element for my dryer. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and explained what happened to my old one. He got me the new part and put a thermostat on it as he noticed mine was bad. Got everything I needed for around $103.00 which is about what they were online. His expertise noticed the thermostat and if I ordered online probably would have missed that. He saved me time and got me taken care of correctly the first time. That's priceless. My dryer is working thanks to Borden's Appliance. I would recommend them and was very satisfied with my interaction.
