We've had techs come out to fix our dishwasher and dryer at different homes we've lived in and they've been helpful, fair on pricing, and kind. I wanted to extra brag on my experience the other day where they actually did not fix anything, but instead empowered me to myself! I called about a scotsman type ice machine which he said they do not work on, but instead of just "have a nice day" he took the time to talk me through different sounds I was hearing, the model number he pulled up and I listed off different ideas of things to try. He said I could probably fix it myself and I was happy to try. I ended up cleaning it out from all sorts of dust, running the clean cycle which we have done before, getting up under it and between our conversation explaining how it actually worked, him looking up the model, and my youtube watching we fixed it for free! My family literally sings praises when we walk past the machine now because it was such a killer dog whistle high pitch type of sound constantly coming from it and now its so quiet and we hear almost nothing, with super clear ice! I just thought it was so nice for him to walk me through ideas and ultimately this time we didn't spend money to fix it through them, they continued to earn a repeat customer for the next thing that breaks in my house. Thank you again! I am so proud of myself and couldn't have done it without your help!

We have shopped here off and on for many years and also had them service products we've purchased elsewhere. They usually have a variety of items from brand new scratch & dent, gently used or obviously used but in good working order depending on your needs & budget. They have always been professional, courteous, on schedule and reasonably priced. We only had an issue once with something we purchased but because of the 90 day warranty, they quickly came out and replaced the defective part. I'd definitely recommend checking them out and saving money with them.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Accountability I’m a landlord who purchased a refrigerator from Hunley Turner Used Appliances in April 2024. I live out of town, so I worked with the store manager remotely — they sent photos, I selected a fridge, and paid over the phone. Delivery and installation were supposed to be simple. Instead, their crew spent nearly two hours in my driveway struggling to get the doors off the fridge, and I watched on my security camera as they used multiple tools to pry and “jimmy” the doors to make it fit through the doorway. When they finally got it inside, the door hinges were clearly damaged and the fridge never worked properly again. Despite obvious evidence that the damage happened during their installation, the store repeatedly denied responsibility and offered every excuse imaginable. Over the next several months, they dragged their feet on repairs and gave me the runaround — and now they claim the warranty has expired. I’m out $1,200 and stuck with a broken fridge that was fully functional before their delivery team mishandled it. Their refusal to take accountability or stand behind their product and service is completely unacceptable. I will never do business with them again, and I’ll be advising my fellow landlords and property managers to go elsewhere for appliances. Avoid this company unless you want to deal with poor service and zero responsibility after the sale.
