It’s disappointing because this is my second time buying from them. But this time I bought a refrigerator and was told that it would be delivered either Saturday or Sunday. I was fine with this cause I knew Monday I wouldn't be home. Stayed home all Saturday. Called no answer. Stayed home all Sunday. Called no answer.. Monday as soon as I land. I get a call from Chris.. the one who sold me the refrigerator.. oh turns out I had a spider bite from a brown recluse spider.. saying it like I’m supposed to give af..cause he’s not the one who was supposed to deliver my refrigerator.. they deliver the refrigerator on my front porch cause no was there..obviously. Cool I pay the delivery guy $50 cause he said he would come back and finish.. when someone can be at my home.. next day he comes back refrigerator to big to get through my living room doors.. says he’ll come back with the guy with the tools the next day.. next day comes no one calls and says anything. Next day delivery guy text and says call the store and talk to Chris. I call Chris. I asked Chris are they coming out to complete getting the refrigerator out my living room.. he starts yelling at me like this my fault. I asked what happened yesterday.. the guy with tools didn’t come to work.. ok cool is he coming today? (Yelling) I don’t know I’ll have to see I gets here at 12..@ 3:22 pm yesterday Chris puts my on the phone with the guy with the tools.. he starts off by trying to make Monday my fault.. I asked could you let me know when you can come finish this job.. keep reverting back to Monday. I said sir.. you have nothing to do with Monday.. at this point Monday is irrelevant. Could you please tell me a day and time.. Saturday between 5-7. That the only time I got. Cool the refrigerator can sit in my living room another 2 days..but I’m back.. today 6/19 this good ole Juneteenth. I hope they can make time to finish this job sooner but I’m going to want my money back 6/20@ 7:01 pm🙂

Please, Please don't buy appliances from this company. They sale people apppliances that don't work and they dont honor there 60 day warranty.I bought a dryer from Johnnys Appliances, LLC 4 weeks ago. First problem was they didn't deliver the dryer on the day that they said they would. I had to call them 3 days straight before they delivered the driver they kept giving me the run around. And the only reason they deliver the dryer than is because I asked for my money back because it seem like they wasn't going to bring the dryer after I had paid $300.00 for the dryer. Than when I received the dryer I put a load of clothes in and the dryer was blowing out cold air it never did dry the clothes. So I called the store and I asked them to fix the dryer they kept giving me the run around stating that someone was coming to fix the dryer a week went pass no one came to fix it. So I asked for my money back because they don't honor sixty day warranty. They still didn't fix it or give me my money back. Therefore I file a complaint against them. Than they finally responded that they want give my money back because there is a 60 day warranty. So I decided to let them come out and fix it. The maintence guy took the hole dryer apart put a little piece on the dryer. After he left the dryer started blowing out cold air and not drying the clothes like it was doing at first. And than it started smoking from the back of the dryer. I had to unplug it to make sure it didn't catch on fire. I called and informed them the dryer is smoking from the back and throwing out cold air on the inside of the dryer and not drying the clothes. I asked them to honor their warranty and replace the dryer. Since they can't fix the dryer than replace it. They want replace it lying about dryer duct. Instead of them admiting they sold me a dryer that don't work and just replace it. So please do not buy appliances form this company. They take people money and sale them appliances that don't work, they don't honor the 60 day warranty. And they don't go on and deliver the appliance they give you the run around. Like the customer is on their time. And reading there reviews on yelp website they been doing people like this for a long time. Taking people money and giving them appliance that don't work. Also, there customer service is horrible they talk to the customer any kind of way after they have sold you an appliances that don't work. They are rude and unprofessional, talk crazy to the customers. I have been stuck with a dryer that don't work for a month. They sold me a dryer that did not work. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to buy a product from them. There company is just that bad and horrible. You are lying there is nothing wrong with any ducts. The dryer didn't work when you delivered it. Your response to people reviews are all lies. Your company is cheating prople out of their money. Everyone review is saying the same thing . You sale people appliances that don't work and you don't honor the warranty.PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS COMPANY.

I just had to get on here this place was amazing. The customer service was fast and friendly. The gentleman Chris answered all my questions. The pricing was great too. I bought my washer there last month and came back for a dryer because my experience went so well the first time. In fact my mother is about to be looking for a new fridge and I'm taking her right to johnnys.

Lied to us to sell us a dryer. Said it was 5 years old. Actually 20 years old. Asked them about it and they said 'well, we don't have time to look up every appliance and see how old it is'. Then don't throw out numbers when you are trying to sell the hot garbage, it is really that simple. We bought it without looking as deep as we should have based on being told 'it's only 5 years old' information. Bought 2 fridges and a washer from them in the past 25 years, would have bought again I am sure, but they have lost my business and anyone that asks me about them. Your street credibility is terrible, lying will not get you anywhere. Best advice for anyone looking to buy from them, take a picture of the label on the appliance and throw it into Grok or Chatgpt and it will tell you how old it is so you can learn the truth right then on the credibility of lying salespeople. And it was coated with dirt on the inside, what is that about? took 5+ loads of drying wet towels with water and vinegar and a detailed wipe down job to finally clean it up. Clean clothes are supposed to be dried in a dryer, guessing this thing was used for some industrial reason. I am sure it's going to be dead soon, and being 20 years old we won't be able to find any parts to fix something simple, what a waste of money. Would give zero stars if that was possible.
