I had an amazing experience with Shandice. Even though I wasn't a paying customer, she took the time to call me back and genuinely help me with my questions. That level of kindness, professionalism, and respect is rare these days. She made me feel valued, listened carefully, and treated me with patience and compassion. It's clear that she truly cares about helping people, not just doing a job. If more businesses and people showed the same level of kindness and customer service, the world would be a much better place. Thank you, Shandice, for going above and beyond. Screwed. I purchased a refrigerator online. I had to call them because they didn't call to schedule delivery. Not only did they not SEE my order until I called, the gentleman did not even know if they had the refrigerator. After checking that it was there, he questioned why there was a discount on it. I told him all I did was make an account and select my purchase. I then input my credit card information and paid for it. He then told me that wasn't the total and informed me that it was scratch and dent. I was already aware of that and it was fine. He then informed me there would be a $125.00 delivery fee. That was not something that was included when I already PAID for this. He was thrilled when I canceled it. I assume because they had no intention of selling me that refrigerator at the price the website charged me. That is shady and bad business practices. If they will not honor what you purchase online, then they should take that ability off. Never recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Siano! Our 19 year old washing machine stopped working four days before Christmas. I decided to go ahead and replace our dryer as well. I ordered my new set on Siano’s website and everything went smoothly. I received a message from Shandice same day about scheduling a phone call to discuss delivery and installation. She was very friendly! I also spoke to Mike about scheduling delivery and he was fantastic, too. The delivery person/installer let me know when he was on the way to my home, and he arrived on time and installed everything quickly. He was also very nice. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience! I would recommend Siano and would use them again. I am very excited to use my new Speed Queens!
