SmokinTex

I have probably owned 20 different pits and smokers in my life and the Smokin Tex smoker is BY FAR the best on the market. Perfect meat smoked every single time and it's so easy it feels like a cheat code. And their customer service is spectacular! I had to replace the heating element on my 15 year old Smokin Tex 1400 and Mary was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Absolutely love these smokers and this company.

Amazing product, amazing company and fantastic service too! I purchased a Smokin Tex about 16 or 17 years ago. I recently bought a new one. Rather than go through a third party vender, I chose to order directly from Smokin Tex. They were so helpful and nice. I told them how much I've enjoyed using their smoker. I especially like the fact that I can control how much smoke or how little smoke I want. I also have the choice of wood chips or using none at all. So many other smokers that I had looked at control how much "pellets" are used, without giving me a choice. The Smokin Tex is very easy to use and I've loved using it. I honestly wouldn't want to use any other electric smoker.

SmokinTex is an excellent company. I am very pleased with my Pro 1400 smoker and their customer service. I had some questions when putting the cart together and easily reached SmokinTex (Scott) by phone. Scott is pleasant to deal with, patient and offered good advice. Recently, I had some questions about temperature control. I emailed SmokinTex and Scott responded quickly (by phone), provided a methodology to test my 1400's thermostat, and provided brisket smoking advice. Scott also sent me a replacement thermostat to have as "a just in case". I will definitely buy from SmokinTex again. It is nice to find a company that provides both a quality product and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
