My clothes washer was throwing a code and water wasn’t coming out. I did some research online and narrowed it down to a certain part. I called Rodenbaugh’s and spoke to John in the parts department and he patiently talked it through with me, confirmed the correct part for my washer and placed an order for me to pick up Monday morning. I swapped out the part and it worked! Even if it hadn’t worked I appreciated the time John spent with me. Would call them again (though I hope I don’t have to lol).

Great service and Wonderful installation! The Gentlemen installing our new refrigerator and dishwasher were so careful and knowledgeable. We have a very small area for the refrigerator and needed special consideration. We also had a small leak under our sink that was spotted and fixed! Above and beyond! The sales staff was knowledgeable and able to assist us with both major appliances. Very accommodating.

Great option to consider instead of all the big stores around. Alexis knows her stuff and is no nonsense! She took the time to understand my needs and recommended the best option for my family which was NOT the most expensive.. not even close. Delivery was efficient and the guys were respectful of my home. They tested both the washer and dryer, and took the time to walk me through the machines. 10/10 will be back for my next appliance purchase.

Awesome experience. Our microwave died the night before entertaining 20 people. I called the next day and talked with Alexis. She was knowledgeable, helpful and took her time to make sure I understood the options. She suggested I take some measurements and also pictures when I came in, to ensure I found a unit that fit my opening. I did and everything worked great. I removed the old unit before I heading to the store and then installed the new. I really appreciate the time she spent to inform and help me; Never rushed or pressured me. I'll definitely be back the for any other appliance need in the future!
