Super Appliance

Called Super Appliance on 5/29/25 to repair a leak on a refrigerator for my elderly mother, who like most elderly folks do, lives on a very tight budget. Blake, a technician with the company came out and informed us the in line filter was leaking and needed to be replaced. He would order the part and return as soon as the part came in. Was charged $257.62 for the service which included the price of the part needed. It's now almost a year later and still nothing. I have called numerous times and get some story and someone will call me back. That never happens. I went up to the store today and wouldn't you know, there isn't anybody there that can help or at least give me an answer. I was told they would leave a copy of my invoice on the manager's desk. Stay away from these crooks! They are liars, cheats, and scumbags!

KNOW YOUR STUFF BEFORE GOING ON. I try to buy local when I can to help out where I can, but this place's prices are absurd. Went in for a heating element (that I last bought online for $29) and they are charging over $90 for the same piece. I feel sorry for somebody who doesn't know anything walking in that store because they are going to rob you blind. I would recommend asking a Lowe's associate or buying your parts off Amazon over this place. Staff lady also seemed bothered when I walked in and she had to do her actual job. Don't leave reviews often but this place left the sourest taste in my mouth after being in there for under 5 min so want to warn others.

Beyond ridiculous. Is run by what seems to be school children. They demand payment upfront before parts are ordered or service is performed. Much is promised but much time passes without even a call. When you call just to check on things you are basically chewed out. They treated my wife very poorly and led her on of over a week. When I finally called, I was nice, they just kept saying they needed to give our money back and let us take care of it ourselves. Obviously I was just checking in because it had been quite sometime and they were disrespectful to my wife. I just needed it done. They said they would work to get it done. The next day the called my wife and harnessed her for having me call them and threatened not to come. She set them straight and they eventually came and fixed the dryer. Then they did just pushed it back up against the wall and didn't hook the exhaust back up.
