Staff over the phone are not so much helpful. They don’t seem to like to help with what they are responsible for. This place came highly recommended, should’ve gone elsewhere. Attitude towards clients makes a difference, please work on that.

This place got my car towed when there’s no “customer only parking” or “no parking” signs and the tow enforcement sign only refers to over night, abandoned/damages/sale cars, tractor/trailer as being prohibited. I parked in the furthest point from the store for barely 2 hours and we didn’t park until 1 hour AFTER their business closed for the day. If this is how they would treat someone trying to use a space when none other were around to avoid street parking where there’s damage, then I’m not confident I could trust their respect to me as a customer. That $350 fee could have been better used on my family but thanks… appreciate you keeping the local tow company in business (that’s sarcasm btw)

Salesman was great…not pushy or untruthful with sleazy sales tactics like they were at Ashley Furniture pressuring you with a “today only” price and lies about other furniture stores. The delivery guys were great assembling with care about doing it right. Great overall experience. Thank you for that Gonzalez Furniture!

The staff was amazing! Great customer service! The furniture was in perfect condition when it arrived except the mirror had a minor scratch (it happens, no one at fault here) but they had no problem of replacing it and I got it the next day free charge of delivery! They even called a week later to make sure everything was okay with the furniture. They're really kind and caring! I definitely recommend this place! Thank you so much for everything!!!
