Called to ask about having a repair on recliner sofa but they don't stock it anymore. The young lady ultimately looked up my purchase, provided me the manufacturer's name and said that they would attempt to get the part for me. I am so utterly delighted and want give them a shout out for superior service, professionalism, and kindly assisting me. I just wish I had gotten the young lady's name. Blessings to her'

Today Lacks in Brownsville Texas did a great job of helping us find a new couch and loveseat! They took their time to explain everything and we are getting our furniture tomorrow… no waiting weeks for shipment! The store had so much to choose from but once our sales person asked us a few questions she led us right to 4 pieces that were a match! Great staff and great selection!
