Came in today after needing an oven for over 2 weeks, went in, was greeted by the great staff, and walked through the showroom area and given all of our options. They told us we could test out the appliances to make sure everything was good, after asking if we had 3 or 4 prongs for our outlet "great question because I would have forgotten". They gave great advice and helped me choose a stove we were happy with. After for loading up the stove, they told me to be careful since I didn't have a pickup for an upright loading, since I had to lay it down in the back of an SUV they were hesitant to let me leave, but I convinced them since I'm a handyman that I could fix the plates if they shifter in transit. They even swapped out the power cable since I didn't have a 4 prong outlet and she was done within 5 minutes and had the stove on and showing us it worked. If you're looking for a great experience, quality appliances and friendly, non-pushy sales people, this is your place.

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from here and the dryer was stuck on the cooling cycle it was under a 60 day warranty so I called them to let them know that it wasn't properly working they came out and picked up the dryer and said that they repaired it by replacing the heating element and brought it back I had to call them back to pick it up 2 more times and after the 3rd time it was brought back it heated up for only a few minutes and got stuck again on the cooling cycle but Kevin the owner/mgr stated that he wasn't going to come back out to get it anymore because he had fixed it 3 times already so my son brought the part himself to repair the dryer the part is pictured above and since my son repaired the dryer I haven't had any other problems with it so please make sure that if you purchase any appliances from here make sure that they work properly because I was stuck with a dryer that he didn't properly repair and didn't want to honor the 60 day warranty on it either

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from here and the washer worked perfectly but when the dryer was turned on it wouldn't dry our clothes the appliances had a 60 day warranty on it and I had to send the dryer back 3 times because it wouldn't stay hot and was stuck on cooling when it was delivered the 3rd time it stayed hot for only a few minutes and again got stuck on the cooling cycle Kevin the manager/owner didn't want to honor the 60 day warranty stating that he wasn't going to fix it anymore saying that it was something wrong in my house and he had replaced the heating element 3 times and he didn't even answer me after I told him that the dryer was stuck on cooling again my son ended up fixing the problem tho and I haven't had any other problems with the dryer so please be careful when purchasing from here and make sure that the appliance works before you leave

The worst customer service in this store the lady has such a terrible attitude, im now seeing all the bad reviews from this store, they also stole my money for selling me a washer that is broken they don’t want to return me my money its unbelievable how they been scamming and keeping clients money and they still in business. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Extremely Disappointed The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner seems very friendly at first, but don’t trust her — she will lie to you just to make a sale. Once you pay, you’re on your own. She doesn’t return calls, won’t solve problems, and doesn’t take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. Be very careful before buying from this place. I definitely do not recommend it. Please Stay away from this place.. they don't care about customer..
