We have had a great experience with Appliances 4 Less! We first purchased a dishwasher from Kevin at the Arlington location in August 2025 after ours unexpectedly stopped working. Kevin made the entire process quick and easy, which was exactly what we needed. We loaded it into the back of our truck, installed it ourselves, and it’s been working perfectly ever since. After recently moving into a new home, we returned to purchase both a refrigerator and another dishwasher. Once again, Kevin was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. He even personally delivered both appliances to our home (about 45 minutes away) just a few days later. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. Kevin genuinely cares about his customers and makes the buying experience simple and stress-free. Kevin did an amazing job helping my wife out with a new washer and dryer tower. He answered all my questions and went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. I went to three other places before buying my washer and dryer from Appliances 4 Less. The owner was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The prices and the quality of the appliance were better than any other place I visited. However, the most impressive part was the delivery and the installation. I have never seen a delivery and installation with such care and professionalism. I will definitely return for my next appliance needs and will be recommending to others.
