Best Choice Appliance Leasing LLC

Since my honest review was deleted, I will repost. This place has dirty machines and then tells you to wipe down whatever they missed. The owner is rude, and then reacts as if you’re the problem when you’re a paying customer and have the same energy with him. If you’re going to sign a contract with them, look at their machines first. The son says they disinfect them with bleach and water. Meanwhile the dad says they pay $500 to clean them. So which one is it? Either way, the machines may be used, but they’re not clean like they should be if you’re a paying customer. Here’s the response to my first review I got from this family owned business owner. Look at the quality of the machines before you have to pay for 6 months worth. Most of the 5 star reviews are from years ago, so maybe it used to be a high quality company, but not from my recent experience.

We’ve been leasing from them since 2019 and it’s always been a great experience. Good appliances, no payment issues, and customer service that really stands out year after year. Today we had a tech, Bryan, come out for an issue with our washer. He replaced it, did maintenance on our dryer, and even gave me the info I needed to submit a work order with my apartment complex. Professional, friendly, and super helpful. 5/5 recommend if you’re looking to rent appliances for any amount of time.

Excellent customer service and great pricing! Never had an issue with either machine but they were brand new so I wouldn’t expect that. The lock to the front door actually jammed the day the washer and dryer were to be delivered. I informed them of the situation and they were happy to reschedule if needed. Luckily, it was fixed in time and they delivered! I would honestly keep leasing with them but unfortunately, my new address has a washer and dryer installed. I am definitely going to recommend them to my friends and also will lease from them again if needed in the future!

I've been a customer with Best Choice for the past 3 years. All my interactions with the staff have been great. They're a great family and have taken care of me even when I've moved twice. Patricia, Richard, and Derek have all treated me well. Richard has some awesome stories and set up my equipment and made sure they worked. Thank you all and God Bless!
