They sold us a fridge that continuously freezes over like every other week. We have to thaw it out with a hair dryer for an hour every time. We keep the dial on 3 (very low) and it still freezes. They said they would fix it but they didn’t. They won’t answer their phone EVER. I have never had them pick up the phone when I have called. Sketchy business. The “warranty” is a lie.

Was looking for an applinace within a certain size parameters. They had one but it was a bit more ancient than what I had in mind. Their overall selection appeared pretty decent for what they were. The person I dealt with was cordial. Purchased a used washer and had it delivered. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes of the delivery time, hooking up the new washer and removing the old one. I was given the 6 month warranty..

My husband and I have purchased from this place twice now. First we bought a used washer when ours began to give out. They gave us 6 months warranty, and it has lasted us 2 years with no issues. Yesterday we purchased a used dryer and also given 6 month warranty. They also offer delivery for a small fee and will take your old appliance if you need them too. I absolutely recommend this If your looking for a used appliance.

We bought a used fridge with a 3 month warranty. The fridge had a faulty fan & would not cool on the first day. Most of our frozen food thawed. One month after this the fridge started leaking water from under the fridge and making extremely loud noises when cooling. They told me they were going to come look at it in a few days. Later that week I started calling persistently to get an update- they quit taking my calls on Friday. On Monday they told me that I had to bring the fridge to them or pay them a $35 service charge for them to look at it and would only take a credit card. I didn't feel comfortable doing so & offered cash at the time of service. The representative told me that he didn't trust his employee to receive a cash payment. I am going on 2 weeks now and they keep giving me the same run around- who is this? We will call you back to schedule a visit. etc... I would only buy an appliance from them if you plan on giving it to an enemy.
