Sikander is incredibly nice and truly cares about their customers. I had originally reserved a refrigerator and paid a deposit, but unfortunately, I had to cancel the purchase due to personal reasons. The seller was completely understanding and refunded my deposit immediately without any hassle. The whole process was so smooth. I’m very grateful to this seller and highly recommend them!

We purchased a couch from this store and had a very pleasant experience. We live about 45 minutes from Denton and the owner kept us informed on delivery status from start to finish. There was a mild issue with the item we purchased (not the fault of the store or delivery team) but Sikander gave us options to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Highly recommend and will be returning to do more business with them in the future.

Not sure I’ll ever buy an appliance from anyone else. I could not be more impressed with my experience. Drove to Denton today looking for a fridge at another appliance store. Something felt off about the place and so I started looking around and found Big Bargain. Drove there and then realized it was appointment only. The owner met me there in 20 mins after I called… on a Saturday.. with no notice! I was so thankful he would drop his plans to let me shop. We walked through all the available options, measured, and found one fridge that fit everything I needed perfectly! I paid out and left expecting delivery to be Monday or Tuesday. I get a call not even 30 mins later where he mentioned they could deliver it same day if I was available! I was ELATED! Who doesn’t love instant gratification when shopping. 4 hours later, I have my brand new fridge, it works perfectly, looks amazing, and meets every need of our growing family! If you are looking for a solid place to buy appliances, look no further. I couldn’t be more impressed and thankful I found Big Bargain!
