I went to them as kind of a referral and met up with someone I had met before and thought it was about to be a great experience...went there twice, 2 separate reasons, and wasn't happy with the outcome on either experience. Up'd the price both times, thought the first was just a fluke so I still gave them a second. chance, and I got into it with the dude in the back cause he had a horrible attitude and they still did nothing to make it right.. still gave them the benefit of the doubt.. never again will yhey get my business, and ill definitely be spreading the word.. i told the lady up front, it would be a little while before I could get back and pick up the second unit, she said it would be fine.. called back and left voicemail threatening to scrap my unit, after 3 weeks.. the first unit, they got me for around 7 or 800 bucks, for load shifting rods... and my machine got all scratched and scuffed up. I watched the dude in the back, break the plastic piece off of the top of another washing machine, and just shrugg it off.. with my own 2 eyes!... all of that was before I even got to inspect my machine, its still doing, literally, the exact same thing it was doing prior to me taking it up there, 175 bucks later

We have bought from CA Wilson for years. We have a washer that went out. Only 2 years old. We paid for extended warranty through Centricity. The warranty company has refused to even come look at the washer. They want to pay out the washer with no compensation for another warranty. CA Wilson has washed their hands of this warranty company because they are problematic. CA Wilson will not stand behind their customer like they did before. Very disapponted CA Wilson customer service. Ami and Eddie 3-2-26 We understand how extended warranty work.The company never even looked at our washer.They just paid us out for it.You always fixed our products when under extended warranty. You went to another company because of this company being problematic. My wife and my in-laws have used this company for a long time.We were told if we get new washer from you. If we get extended warranty then y'all would handle it. All the years we always had a repair person from you. Eddie and Ami

Very disappointed in CA Wilson customer service. We have bought several appliances from them in the past. Since October they have been out numerous times to fix my dishwasher. Each time runs a few cycles and stops. They continued to order parts and try to fix. Finally after numerous trips and visits and paying $300 they say can’t be fixed. I went to store to purchase a new one and they tell me no compensation for the money I have already spent for last four months. I asked could they at least waive the installment fee of a new dishwasher and was told NO. Very sad that they don’t care that I have spent four months and $300 dollars on a dishwasher that still does not work.

We bought a fridge from here about 3 years ago. Right after the warranty went out the ice maker went out and needed to be replaced. Once we got the replacement we had numerous problems with the fridge such as the ice maker still not working and the freezer going out and they came out to look at it and said nothing was wrong multiple times. We got a second opinion after we continued to have problems and all the electrical boards were fried and would cost us almost $2,000 to repair. Not impressed with the repair service we received. Do not recommend if you have problems with your appliances.

Wonderful experience shopping here! Stopped in yesterday & talked to a sales associate for less than 10 minutes & was given every piece of information we needed to make a washing machine selection- including different makes/models/set-up styles/prices. We purchased today, set up delivery today, had it delivered & installed - all done today!! Also, the entire purchase/delivery/hauling off the old machine/new hoses/installation was less expensive than every other retailer in the area that we found AND they offered price matching if this had not proved to be the case! I only wish we had made our last large furniture purchase here as well!
