The young man, Cam, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal on a new washing machine and dryer. Not only did he offer us a great price, especially with payment options like Venmo and Cash App, but he also helped us load everything into our vehicle and provided all the extra hoses and utility cords we needed. Cam's assistance made the process smooth and stress-free, and we're thrilled to have completed everything for our new home. Being without a dryer for over two months, going to the laundry mat was becoming very inconvenient. I looked on Facebook marketplace & asked around for a used dryer for a while. About to get discouraged, I stumbled upon DFW Discount Appliances but wasn’t able to go into the store. Carlos was very professional & knowledgeable & was on top of things every step of the way via texts, specs & even a phone call to help me choose the right dryer for me & answer my questions. I had a certain budget to work with & dependability was most important to me, so he pulled some strings & made it happen in less than a day! So happy! This man sure knows his stuff & with his recommendations, I was able to get what i wanted & the next day I had my dryer. He was even kind enough to call & let me know his drivers were on their way. They got here quicker than I expected. Got it installed & hauled off my old one in less than 30 minutes, which was good for me as I needed to leave shortly afterwards. Thank you Carlos for going above & beyond & making my day great! His customer service (including his deliver drivers) was the best & quickest I’ve ever experienced & I’ll definitely recommend Carlos & his business & use him again!
