Our family has trusted Ed Kellum to be our “go-to” store for 50+ years and we have nothing but excellent things to say. Mark Pritchard helped me when I had to buy my first big appliance more than 20 years ago. Since then, he has patiently assisted with 2 full kitchen remodels, washer/dryers, various audio/video equipment, and miscellaneous items like ice makers and bar fridges. They stay up to date on quality brands, recommend the right product for one’s needs (not necessarily the most expensive) and have no problem advising a repair instead of replacement. I recommend Ed Kellum without reservations.

I recently purchased a group of appliances from Ed Kellum & Sons. Not only was the purchase as expected, Mark found every possible discount to make the purchase as economical as possible. Mark is one of the best sales persons I have ever worked with. His attention to detail and follow through was fantastic. Today, Rico and Justen delivered and installed my new appliance, and they were absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Before arriving, they thoughtfully called ahead to let me know they would be there in about 20 minutes, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. That level of professionalism and consideration is so appreciated. From the moment they arrived, both Rico and Justen were warm, respectful, courteous, and incredibly professional. They carefully removed my old appliance and then expertly installed the new one. The installation was not easy because the space was a very tight fit, but they handled everything with such patience, precision, and care. They worked thoughtfully and cautiously the entire time, making sure everything was done perfectly while also treating my home with great respect. What stood out most was their attitude. They were genuinely kind, gracious, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and pleasant because of their calm professionalism and positive attitude. It is rare today to find this level of customer service, integrity, and dedication. Rico and Justen were truly outstanding representatives of Ed Kellum & Son, and I recommend them and Kellum with the highest praise and sincere appreciation.
