Electrolux Major Appliances

Ordered a floor model and paid to have different hardware installed. They dropped the ball and our range showed up without all the hardware installed as well as none of the screws to mount the new legs. It’s extremely frustrating because we are trying to get moved into and finish our house but have no range. We have to reach out to try and get tracking updates. Negative 10/10 customer service after the initial sale. They definitely didn’t check the product before sending it to site.

I could not be happier with Jeremy and his crew at Elite Appliance. I was in a serious bind with my builder needing a very specific range hood insert/blower for my home, and needing it yesterday. I tried a half dozen sites and none could deliver what I needed for a week or more. Then I found Elite Appliance and my search was over. Jeremy got it to me on the second business day. Unreal! (not to mention the price was fair and he followed up many times to ensure I was satisfied.) I was able to track the shipment the entire way and receiving was very simple (I chose to pick it up - you can likely have it delivered to your home.) I am looking forward to seeing the pieces installed as I cook regularly and a powerful but quiet fan is important to me!

Beautiful looking kitchens. The setups and displays look dazzling. They are high end though so just be aware of that. Prices are not listed on the appliances but obviously, with higher end items, that's what you'll expect. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly and when I answered I was only looking around and that I accidently stumbled into their store, they let me be. So my review is solely on the store and what I saw and based on a single visit. My overall take on the place is it's very spacious and very elegant.
