My husband and I were looking for a refrigerator, while search we came across FBS Appliances. I called to ask a few questions about the refrigerators that we were looking at and a nice lady named Carrol answered the phone. I told her what we were looking for and she jumped right on it. She was very very polite and helpful. She called the warehouse, emailed us pictures and had everything ready for us when we got there. When we arrived at the warehouse, we met another nice, kind lady named Shannon. Along with the two young men that were also kind and helpful. Everything was so easy and laid back. Sales, delivery, installation all over the top! The process to help us replace our ice maker was great! Sales was well versed in all available brands. FBS asked the right questions we weren’t thinking of to ensure we got the product that met our needs. Install team not only were great in what they came to do, but noticed an issue with our dishwasher drain line and fixed it for us! Can’t recommend them enough.
