Terry Hix is very nice polite. He is very professional. He fixed our dryer very quickly. He replaced our range top controls. At a reasonable price.

His price was better than every other company out there. He is honest about everything, almost too polite and respectful that has seem to be lost nowadays. He will explain the appliance to you and take as much time as you need to understand it and the best maintenance tips. Choosing him is the best thing you could do, a great no bs guy that makes you feel good knowing you weren't just a "sale" but an actual person taken care of.

I had a problem with my washer and Terry came out and explained that our washer wasn't really worth fixing, so we decided to buy a new washer from him. Terry is by far the best appliance repair/ sales and service company. When he came out to install the new washer he took his time to explain how the new washer worked.
