Lowe’s Outlet Store

Went to the Lowe's outlet store, found the same refrigerator that was at Lowes at 75% off! It has a small dent which a refrigerator magnet will cover. From over $2000 to $675. Real easy you walk through find what you like pull the tag go up to the register if you want to see what's really wrong with it or why it's in store the unit look for the small white tag and it'll tell you that it's either a dent or it didn't fit or whatever and then you pull the paper off, go pay for it, and set up a delivery date. The guys who delivered it were great. Clean fast efficient. A pleasure to have in my home. MAKE SURE you have all your MEASUREMENTS not only for where it's going to go but your doors and your passageways to get it to where you want it

Never EVER buy from this place. I left a review about 3 years ago and I’m back to leave another. After years of ongoing problems with a Maytag washing machine I bought from there… well, let me rephrase… the machine I was upgraded to… I’m having to buy another unit because this one has a bad control board, a $575 repair. This one will literally be discarded like trash. I’ll spare everyone the entire play by play, but after several washers and several upgrades, and then several rounds of repairs over the last few years, I still got screwed from buying from this place. Do yourself a favor, buy new and pass right on over this outlet. Zero stars.

Miguel is an absolute gem! We were able to return our refrigerator as it was no longer needed and purchased a blackstone, blackstone supplies and many other essential home improvement tools with his guidance and feedback. He even went as far as pushing our cart to the front for us. His customer service was 2nd to none! We will definitely be back for other appliances and shopping with him at Lowe’s.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! First I’ll speak about the huge selection of refrigerators. Most are in very good condition…you’ll find only a few are really used. The one I purchased was brand new with no damages…the customer refused it upon delivery and it was sent to the outlet. It retailed for $3,999…I purchased it at 75% off retail. The tag says 50%, but they gave it to me at 75%, which brought it down to $999.85! A steal! Next l’ll talk about the nice people that work here. Viri, Beno, Adan and Chris…some of the nicest, caring people you could ever meet! They sincerely care about their customers…I had an issue with my 1st purchase that was totally my fault, but they still helped me resolve it! Please come here before spending all your money at the store! Wonderful selection and great people!

This is a good place to find good appliances at a good price and their service is good. Please change the hours of operations on your profile. Online it says that you are open until 9pm, we drove almost an hour to bring a return, only to find out that you were closing at 8pm. Please keep giving us good service and change the information on your profile. While writing this review outside your door, 4 other families came and the same thing happened to them. Please update the info. Thank you!
