David Made helped me over the phone to quickly make the purchase, provided multiple options for payment, scheduled a quick delivery, and then his delivery driver showed up as scheduled, helped me to open the packaging to inspect the product for damage, and took all the trash with him for disposal. David called me later to ensure that everything went as expected. I live approximately two hrs from the store, but I will buy every appliance I ever need from David - he was that great!

The whole Made Appliance team was great! We purchased a top of the line Thermador dishwasher and are very happy with the whole process. They helped us select which model and style would work best for us and had many to choose from in stock. We opted to have it delivered and installed by their team. They came as scheduled within 24 hours and even hauled off our old appliance for a seamless upgrade. Highly recommend for pricing and service!

I initially went in for a specific washer/dryer set, but ended up with much better LG models at a great price. The guys were welcoming and super knowledgeable. They also sourced a brand-new Bosch refrigerator that was out of stock everywhere else. All 3 appliances came with full manufacturer warranties, and the delivery + installation process was seamless.
