Trash!! Run!! I purchased a whole set drove all the way home and the washing machine did not work, would not power on. I called the store, they answered the first time and said oh just open and close the lid 6 times to reset it… it did not work, and they never picked up for me again. They just let the phone ring.. bad business!! I had to bring the washer and dryer all the way back. Someone hooked it up, and it did not work smh… they didn’t apologize or anything. I spent so much extra money driving from ft worth to Arlington. It was the WORST!…. FYI- I got a better, new, not refurbished set from Home Depot, it was cheaper and delivery was $39 HELLO!

Excellent experience! I came in looking for a refrigerator and the customer service was amazing. He was patient, answered all of my questions, plugged the fridge in so I could test it before buying, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, and really went the extra mile. I truly appreciate the help and would definitely recommend shopping here!

NOTHING BUT GREATNESS!! We needed a washing machine, the Maytag centennial commercial after 22 yrs agitator finally quit, repaired it but still not working right, decided just to get another new Maytag washer. Searched on Google Maps saw the 4.9 rating read reviews all great, so we went yesterday May 18, 2026, Monday. The owner Simba greeted us, we told him what we needed and wanted he showed us two washers that fit what we were looking for and within our price range, we chose the Maytag, I didn't want the all digital control panel with way too many settings, the brand new Maytag model we got was PERFECT!!, glass lid, basic all usable settings, and well below our price range!! The owner Simba, is a man who's about having appliances/products at prices people can afford NOT pricing out of affordability and he is very passionate about this and it shows, Simba also knows his products and has super great relationship with the Brand Name companies & manufactures. Simba made purchasing a washer a very fun and pleasant experience!! When it comes time for refrigerator we'll be coming here to get one!! THANK YOU SIMBA!!
