I found Marty on Facebook, and I’m incredibly grateful I did. Marty and his team are thorough, kind, and some of the easiest people I’ve ever worked with. Their honesty, attention to detail, and quality of work have absolutely earned my trust—and my business for life. After going through a total loss house fire, I was starting over from scratch and struggling to find a washer and dryer I could afford. Then I came across MMR Appliance Repair. Their website made everything easy—clear pricing, model numbers, and plenty of photos so I knew exactly what I was looking at. When I reached out, Marty made scheduling simple and had the exact models I wanted ready for me to see the very next day. They were already set up side by side, and his team even wheeled them to the back to show me everything powered on and working perfectly. On top of that, they were so kind and patient with my young son, answering all of his endless questions without missing a beat. Even with Marty expecting a baby any day, he still got me on the schedule quickly and personally showed up with his team to install everything at my new home. They were efficient, professional, and had everything up and running in no time. I’ll admit—I was nervous about buying used. But after seeing how thoroughly they clean, inspect, and repair each machine, I have zero doubts. Two months later, my washer and dryer are still a dream. I can’t recommend Marty and his team enough. Purchased a used washer and dryer online. Had a great experience. with the whole process. Was contacted to ask if I needed a 3 or 4 prong dryer cord. When I arrived the correct cord had already been added. I was also assisted loading the items into the truck which I was not expecting. Friendly responsive service. Will definitely be back and recommending to others!

The whole experience was quick, easy, and professional. Marty was responsive and very communicative, and so helpful getting us a dryer ASAP. I was at work and my girlfriend and the kids were at home, Marty was very kind and helped get everything set up for her.
