Layne quickly ran diagnostics on our refrigerator to determine why the ice maker was not working. He Ordered the parts and put them on a couple days later. He also was able to get the manufacturer to pay for the parts since the refrigerator was less than 5 years old. He was very professional. Within 3 hours after the new parts were installed, the refrigerator was producing ice. We would definitely use Mr Appliance again and also request Layne. Great job.

Amazing service! My technician was early, he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He repaired my dishwasher in no time and made a recommendation on an oven that I thought needed to be replaced. He quickly confirmed that it doesn’t and is saving me a ton of money with his honesty and experience. I highly recommend John and will be using them again.

Avoid this company for your own safety. Mr Appliance repaired my dryer in January of 2026 and I called them in March stating I thought it was making strange sounds and maybe wasn’t reassembled correctly. The original repair was simply replacing a belt. They would not honor their work and said I needed to pay another $150 fee to have someone look at it, so I opted to have a less expensive repair company come out instead. The other company proceeded to tell me that my dryer was in fact put together wrong. There were parts that were put in entirely upside down, and the drum was basically floating inside of it. He told me I was lucky it didn’t catch on fire. This error necessitated in hundreds of dollars of additional parts and repairs including replacing 2 mechanisms inside of the dryer that were damaged due to the negligence of Mr Appliance. The Mr Appliance technicians also tried to fleece me for the cost of a longer cord because they couldn’t figure out how to plug my dryer back in. I tried calling to speak with a manager over a week before writing this review, but they don’t even care enough to follow up on customer concerns. Avoid this company at all costs. If you need a competent, safe, honest appliance repair company, seek out All Hours Appliance Repair in Forney instead. They very likely saved me from a fire.

It was honestly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Was super easy to make and online appointment, we were able to get a quick, same day appointment, loved the email confirmation and the text with the technicians information. Our technician, Adem was great. He was prompt, professional and thorough. He was able to solve our issue, and I was really thankful that he cleaned up afterwards so well. You wouldn’t have even known he was there. Will definitely use Mr Appliance HP again.
