Had a wonderful experience buying my new fridge here. Sarah and her husband are amazing. I'm sorry I'm terrible with names but everyone who helped me was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They have an amazing selection of fridges and freezers and washers and dryers. Extremely low prices compared to most. Bought a brand new whirlpool for 870 with tax and delivery and all. Same day delivery was not an extra fee but was given so kindly. The gentleman who brought it was kind enough to throw my old one out on the side of the house for me and installed the new one perfectly. Would definitely recommend this business to someone looking for new appliances for their home.

From the moment we walked in, the owner treated us like family. No pushy sales pitch, no corporate nonsense—just genuine conversation and solid deals. We picked up an LG stovetop that was discounted only because the box had been opened during shipping. The stove itself was flawless and looked like it should’ve come with a personal chef. Got it home, hooked it up, and noticed a small kink in one of the gas lines. I texted the owner on a Sunday evening at 6 PM, not expecting to hear back until Monday. But sure enough—within 10 minutes, he replies, apologizes, orders the replacement part, and ships it to me free of charge. The man was closed and still running customer service like Chick-fil-A with better hours. He told me shipping would take 7–10 days, but it arrived in 4 days flat—direct from LG. I installed it, everything worked perfectly, and I couldn’t have been happier. This place is a total gem—friendly staff, great prices, and service that honestly restores your faith in small business. If you’re appliance shopping and skip Polar Bear, you’re missing out big time. We’ll 100% be back (and next time, I’m bringing donuts for the staff).
