Had the best experience at Richardson Appliance shopping for fridges! They have a really nice selection of appliances at fair prices. The employees are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and awesome to deal with. We purchased 1 for the kitchen, and 1 for the garage. One was wheeled home on foot haha. The delivery man brought the other, and was also awesome. He wheeled the fridge into the kitchen from the alley and set it all up, amazing service! They are working great, and will return here when looking for new appliances.

Honestly the best experience! My sales guy Terry was super helpful and never tried to oversell me. I found a great washer and dryer set, and the whole buying process was easy and stress-free. After 15 months, I noticed the dryer wasn’t heating like it should and my warranty had already expired. Even so, they still came out for FREE to check it out. Turns out nothing was actually wrong — the dryer vent/tub in the back just needed to be cleaned out. The technician cleaned it for me and even took the time to align the legs on both machines so they wouldn’t wobble anymore. The level of customer service, even after the warranty expired, was truly above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases and highly recommend them!

Terry the salesman and owner was patient with us and answered all our questions. We bought a Bosch French door frig with a couple small dents on the side and one small scratch on the front. There was a huge discount! Alex the delivery man was helpful and followed our instructions as to how to bring the frig into the kitchen. He was courteous and accomodating. No need to look further for a place to buy appliances! Very reasonable pricing -less than retail stores. Great selection. Installation of new washer, dryer and dishwasher went seamlessly. The person who helped me is Terry and he is knowledgeable, listens to what you are looking for, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
