Rodenbaugh's Flooring America Kitchen Bed and Bath

After 20 years I finally upgraded my kitchen appliances that came with the house. I was looking for something a little better than they sell at the retail stores and went to Rodenbaugh's. I decided to purchase the complete Kitchenaid appliances. The people at Rodenbaugh's made it comparable in price from like Lowes or Home Depot. The major differences versus the big companies were in the overall experience (AWESOME), the attention to detail (AMAZING), and making sure we were satisfied (COMPLETELY). But the biggest reason is that I have peace of mind knowing that if there is any problem with any of these appliances that I can call up or go to Rodenbaugh's and speak with a real person. Not some automated robot voices where I am fighting between the seller and the manufacturer of who is responsible to fix the ice maker that keeps breaking. Highly recommend.

After going to big box stores and getting no help whatsoever regarding purchasing/installation of an oven we went to Rodenbaughs and what a breath of fresh air. They answered all my questions, even showing differences in models and how each works. They were there thru purchase, installation and made sure we were happy. My opinion is just go to Rodenbaughs for all your flooring or appliance needs!

We had heard about Rodenbaughs a few times over the years so having decided it was time to replace our dishwasher, we headed over to see what they had. I had previously inquired about the model we were looking for and Kelly promptly replied back with an alternative that better fit our wishes. Once at the store and speaking with Kelly, I knew we had landed in the right place. So much better than dealing with the big box stores! So much better that we accelerated longer term plans and went with a whole new suite of kitchen appliances-fridge, oven, microwave and the dishwasher. We set up installation and haul away and that went very smooth as well. Top notch service start to finish! We'll definitely be back!

My wife is very happy, and that is what really matters! I just bought a new clothes dryer from Rodenbaugh’s, and it was another great experience—no surprise there. I worked with Alexis this time, and she was terrific. She checked on product availability, called me back quickly with an update, and got delivery scheduled without any hassle. The delivery crew showed up on time and got everything installed efficiently and professionally. That’s been my experience with them every time. Over the years, I’ve also bought my refrigerator, double‑oven electric stove, dishwasher, and clothes washer from Rodenbaugh’s, and the service has been consistently solid. Their prices are right in line with the big box stores, but the personal attention I get there is something those other places just don’t offer. That’s why I keep coming back.
