SS Appliance Store had better prices than buying from home depot or any second hand stores nearby. Customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any hassle or pressure to buy today. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Came in for a washer and dryer set 2 years ago and I’m very satisfied with my purchase I’ve had no issues at all with my washer or dryer. Customer service was excellent! By far the best place to come and get your appliance’s.

Do not do business with this company!!! Paid to have Washer and dryer installed 30 min later my living room was flooded. I contacted store manager Richard and he stated that they do not clean up water damage and that they are unwilling to provide any cleanup services nor copies of insurance. Do not do business with this company. Please expect a call from my lawyer because all I asked was for someone to come cleanup the water.
