Damian and his staff were great so glad I found out about this wonderful company. Damian was amazing, professional, kind, a multitasker, and assisted us efficiently and effectively. I’d recommend Supreme Appliances to anyone in the DFW. Hugo and his delivery partner (Javier) hope I got his name right :-) we’re awesome. They hooked up appliances in record time. We had an issue about our door not closing and they immediately solved the issue and we are now dealing with a small manner but nonetheless, amazing customer service. I highly recommend this place! Damian was incredibly helpful in assisting my husband and me in acquiring the refrigerator we wanted, and at an excellent price. He meticulously guided us through all the details and even helped us load it onto our truck. The appliances available here are truly impressive and contemporary. We are certainly looking forward to returning for a washer set!

This place has some good deals, i dont know if its new stuff or like returned items but they do fix them and then put them for sale. It can be a little cheaper, around 30% less then in other stores. The guy working there was helpful, showed us around and what appliance he had in stock and was available. Would go back if i ever need another appliance.

Fair prices, honest business, and open-box appliances with only minor scratches, not the crazy markups you see elsewhere. Huge thank you to Adrin for being so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Delivery and installation were also very reasonable. What started as a frustrating journey ended with a truly happy experience. Highly, highly recommend this store!
