Bought a Speed Queen Dryer on July 19th 2024 from "JJ" and it does not work right. They do not allow returns or really could care less about helping you. They do not stand behind their products or their word. THIS DRYER HAS NOT BEEN USED FOR 30 MINS BECAUSE IT WONT WORK! Zero solutions offered. Buy new or from a dealer who can stand behind their services. No stars

I bought these units of washer & dryer in Dec 2021. They are very reliable. I like their services. They were responsive and kept me updated when they delivered my washer and dryer so I didn't have to wait at home all day. Keep your receipt in your car and if you have any questions, call them. They are patient to answer your questions
