T-Mart

Hello my experience with TMART FURNITURE, was great. My representative, Miss Stephanie took care of my purchases, and and all were a team effort in my selections. Also there is a fine jewelry section, wedding rings, or just want a beautiful ring or jewelry on. Loved it. The total staff was supportive, efficient, patient, courteous, friendly and business like. I loved everything, there is a selection for everyone very up-to-date stylish, Furniture comfortable, affordable and classy. I give a shout to staff for sure. No hesitation, If we have change. Representatives willing to work it out. Thanks so much, GRACIOUS!!!!!!

I wish I could give them a 0 I bought a new refrigerator from them. It was delivered with a missing bottom drawer and shelves. I contacted them immediately they sent me a broken drawer and no shelves. I have spoken to managers only to be told it's on order. I patiently waited. Only to receive NO REPLACEMENT DRAWER NOR A SHELVE. I WOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. AFTER BEING TOLD LIE AFTER LIE AND STILL NO RESOLVE. I'M GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
