Texas Appliance

In the past Ibhave used the big box store but for this purchase I really needed something I could get same day. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and I explained what I was looking for along with wanting it the same day. I was guided to the appliances and looked around while they pulled a list of items available same day. Based on the list we went over the options I wanted and quickly narrowed it down. I was able to purchase my appliance and take it with me and even given the option of bringing the old one back for disposal. This experience beats the big box stores where you have to find someone who is willing to assist you and then you have to hope what you want is available soon enough.

We went to Texas Appliance in Arlington for information about purchasing a combo dual oven for our home. We were fortunate to be paired with Tom Marini to answer our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the appliances, and was able to offer pros and cons of which models would best fit our needs. The store had a huge inventory of appliances we could actually see. Tom set us up with someone to measure the area in our kitchen- it was so easy. Though we are definitely going to purchase an appliance from their store, I felt no pressure to do so. It was a very good experience. They are a great company to work with.

After wasting a lot of time visiting different stores trying to find a built-in microwave that would fit my existing cabinet, I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Texas Appliance. Their team was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to understand my needs. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and they helped me find the perfect microwave without the hassle I experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend Texas Appliance to anyone looking for quality appliances and outstanding service.

Among the best service I have received from any type business. Cody (store manager) went above and beyond answering my chat questions, and locating a part for me hours AFTER the store closed. He promised an associate would call me in the morning to help finalize and ,right on time Brandon called, assured me the recommended parts were what I needed, took my order, provided the date of arrival and told me he would follow up when it arrived. It arrived on time and he promptly called me. When I went to pick up the part I was greeted and helped immediately by Tom who introduced me to Brandon to complete the sale. When I drove around to the pick up point the warehouse was waiting for me patiently and brought it out to my car. ( I was amazed at the selection of appliances so I ending up wandering for a while). Overall this is a first class place, staffed by professionals that know and understand the importance of guest experience. Overall an exceptional experience. Next time I need appliances, this is where I will shop. Thanks Cody and Brandon, well done.
