The Jarrell Company of Rockwall

The Jarrell Company of Rockwall on I-30, came to my rescue today!!! My refrigerator went out yesterday and so I called them and they gave me a service guy’s phone number. Danny came out this morning and said it cannot be repaired, he suggested that I go to the Jarrell Company, so we did. I guess he felt sorry for me because he didn’t even charge me a service call which would’ve been $80. That was my first blessing. So I found a refrigerator, which was getting ready to be put on sale tomorrow and the sweet lady went ahead and gave me the sales price but told me that they couldn’t deliver until Monday. My face dropped. I told her I had like $500 worth of meat in the freezer that i had just purchased with a food card from my health insurance company. She looked at me and said just a minute she went and found one of the sales people in the store and he said he could be at my house in one hour for delivery. So within 2 hours I had a new refrigerator delivered and the old one taken away. That was my second blessing God is good. 

Called ahead and spke with Lynda. She verified what they had in stock with what we were looking for. Went in to meet and look around and she was very kind and knew what she was talking about. Made a purchase with her and have delivery set up next week early. Could not of been happier with her help and the process was simple. Much better than any big box store I have ever been to. Thanks again Lynda!
