The Original Keller Appliance

Really regretting my decision to do business here. Bought a new fridge here last week. Was told they would install and throw in a free ice maker hose. The free hose they gave us looks like they’ve been using it in the back warehouse for the last 20 years. Like most appliance stores had to sign an agreement that they were not responsible for any damages during installation. We’ve done this with other companies and never had an issue. The installation team didn’t even try to be careful during the installation and gouged the finish off the wood floors in our new house. We haven’t even lived here a week and it ended up being Keller Appliance that did the most damage. One of the handles was loose in the store, which we asked about before purchase, and we were told they would have to take them off anyway to transport the fridge and they would make sure it was tight during installation. The installer stripped the screw trying to install the handle and eventually gave up. We still have a loose handle. I’ve already replaced the water hose with a new one and I guess will file a claim on the warranty to get the handle fixed since all sales are final, but the damage to my floors is really upsetting and will not be doing business here again. **Update** It's been a week since I wrote the review above. No response at all from Keller Appliance. Since then, we've found that the wheels on the fridge are broken which is probably what caused all the damage to our floor. We've also found that the ice maker doesn't work. Really dissapointed that I ever decided to deal with Keller Appliance. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store!!!!

My husband and I just bought a new washing machine from Keller Appliance. Mark was very helpful in explaining the merits of choosing new vs. used options, as well as the features and technology of the units we asked him about. Once our selection was made, Mark completed the sale and arranged a convenient installation date. Keller Appliance set up the new machine and hauled away our old one. We had a great experience, and will definitely shop here again and recommend it to others. Thanks, Mark!

They came to pick up our old washer and dryer as I was getting a new set delivered the next day. Well, when Best Buy did not notify me that the dryer was still on back order until after the delivery window had passed - Keller Appliance graciously brought back the old dryer so I would have one until the new one arrives - now in another month. Their responsiveness and service have been the best. Definitely recommend this business.
