Bought this fridge end of Feb after delivery I had an issue with the fridge not freezing now July having another issue with the fridge not cooling. Reached out to the company letting me know issues with delivery with part moving and they won’t fix the issue without payment(which I understand) but they won’t guarantee it won’t be an ongoing issue. When I’ve already had the same issue before.

Absolutely scammers do not buy anything here. They sold us a faulty machine that broke after 2 weeks, we sent it in for repairs and it broke again. They would not refund our money or take the machine. If you buy something from this shop expect to get scammed, they will keep on asking you to send the appliance "in for repairs," but not actually fix anything. Terrible business.

This is my go to spot for appliances! They are honest, always have great products,and amazing prices! This is the best spot in El Paso. I’ve went riding through the city trying to find appliances then I stopped here. This is my second year using them and I plan to to support them for many years to come! Their delivery driver was very prompt and courteous and they always have great customer service. 💕

Do not buy from here. All sales are final and they sell you broken products!!! Bought a fridge and by the next day my food was bad. Inside of the freezer doors had pieces super glued together. Beware of this place. They will not do anything to help but try to send a technician to tell you everything is fine with product. Currently trying to figure out how to break my lease because they will not take the product back.
