Prompt and courteous service! A++, Joe was able to diagnose the problem with our washer the first time, ordered the parts and called me when they came in to schedule the installation. Just a pleasurable experience! It’s nice to know that there are a few good ones still out there. Thanks again!

Gorman Distributing has been a life saver multiple times for me!!! I’ve had to fix my refrigerator and dryer and Gorman Distributing has always had the parts I needed. Saved me money and time. Definitely the first place I call when I nerve appliance parts. 👌🏻

I didn’t even want to leave 1 star ,but it wont allow to post. Terrible customer service , I scheduled an appt. for a warranty service for my brand new refrigerator. Gorman set the date and time. I wait and wait , nobody shows up , I call their office and I was told the technician took it upon himself to go to another call , even though I had appointment. He finally shows up late , determined that he needs to order parts, the parts arrive several weeks later. he comes back and totally removes my entire freezer drawer and its interior , the fridge is in no better condition than before. Now my ice maker doesn’t work. I call Gorman , they send the same technician and he says it’s my water filter .?? And says he can bypass the filter , and it should work again , but my ice would be unfiltered. Keep in mind this is a brand new refrigerator and the ice machine worked perfectly fine , before the Gorman technician tore my whole freezer apart. BEWARE of this company for appliance repairs. 👎👎

Joe Rendon came to fix my washer and thought we needed to order parts, but he instead tried something different and fixed it without having to do any extensive repairs. Thank you, Joe! You are so much appreciated for the extra steps you took! Now everything works the way it's supposed to!
