DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Reeled me in with a fridge on Facebook marketplace then when I arrived said that it was an old listing. Then sold me a fridge that was working. It stopped working about two weeks or so after purchasing. After reading reviews decided that I shouldn’t even contact him so went through my home warranty well turns out that he cut wires that belong to the fridge and installed an incompatible compressor for the fridge. So not only would my warranty not fix it they have even said until we have it replaced they won’t cover anymore fridge work. And now I have a huge fridge that doesn’t work and I’m waiting to talk to him but I doubt he will do anything about it.

If you’re looking for a business that excels in missed appointments, vague promises, and endless excuses, look no further than Salvador’s. I reached out to have my stove repaired, and what followed was a masterclass in how not to run a service company. After several calls, repeated “updates,” and assurances that parts were ordered or someone would “get back to me,” I was left with a broken appliance and zero resolution. I especially appreciated the disappearing act after I started asking real questions—very on brand. It’s almost impressive how much time they managed to waste without actually fixing anything. I’ve since gone elsewhere and—shockingly—the problem was resolved in one visit. Just something to keep in mind if you value your time and working appliances.

I wish I had read all the negative reviews before buying. This business's warranty is only as good as the owner's word — and unfortunately, that doesn't mean much here. I was raised to believe a man’s word is his bond, which is why I tried to support a local business instead of going the big-box route. It started when I ordered a replacement part for my broken fridge, as well as a brand-new fridge. Both were dropped off the same day. The replacement part looked like it had been dropped in a mud puddle and run over by a truck — the plastic casing was broken. The screen on the brand-new fridge was also damaged. I contacted the owner and sent him pictures as requested. After a few days with no update, I stopped by his place. He told me, “I’ll contact you when I can send someone.” That never happened. I followed up with a text after another week — no reply. I had planned on buying a full set of appliances from this business — dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer, freezer — not just for myself but for other family members too. I’m thankful I found out about their lack of customer service before spending any more money. In the end, I found another company to fix the new fridge’s screen, and I ordered the replacement part for my old fridge on Amazon — $25 brand new. This business had a chance to fix the issue, get reimbursed by the manufacturer, and earn a loyal customer ready to spend serious money. Instead, they chose the quick buck and moved on. This kind of approach is exactly why people don’t trust businesses like this — it’s the kind of behavior that gives “used car salesman” a bad name. Honestly, it’s not even worth the time or money to take legal action.
