I came here 3x and the security personnel I dealt with had a nasty attitude. They take up so much of your time inspecting trailers and rolling their eyes while doing it to deny you for a part of trailer drivers aren’t typically penalized for. They will reject every trailer if it isn’t showroom ready. The checkout process is the best part. The check in process is lengthy and completely unnecessary. Loss of time & $$. Avoid if you can!!extremely picky!!

Unrealistic time that this 3PL takes to check you in and get a preloaded trailer. Not a company that is thoughtful of a driver's time and clock. Never ever come here to conduct business. Staff on the weekends are Not trained to read BOL. Which I and other drivers have said to me, as well that they do not know what trailer that we, were to come and pickup. Keep in mind that we gave, them the receiver address and business name as well. If I could it would be a Negative Five stars.

The policies here are captious, they are also inconsistent about accepting working trailers because of silicone or minor dents found anywhere, extremely picky. The exact trailer denied on one inspection, may be accepted 4 hours later. I can understand wanting to make sure the trailers are in good working order and safe, but this is too much. When we arrived it was hard to find anyone then two men appeared. Bathrooms need attention.

Property in back right corner, must get inspected and fill out necessary form before entrance on property. If your trailer is dirty/defective you may be rejected. Otherwise dirty trailers must be swept and they watch you clean it out. Then you drop your trailer in any open spot, bobtail to parking spot near inspection building then give your paperwork and ID. Now you can go and hook to your trailer then exit out right side where yellow gate arm is and wait for the same guard to inspect seal then your free to leave. They could expedite the process but they are probably being paid by the hour and are milking the clock but in their defense they are being thorough and professional. :)
