Terrible Customer Service from Joe Garcia receptionist. I walked in to inquire for a part at 5:02 pm and parts personnel was put for the day. I ask for hours of operation of which he said Most Lukely you'll get it from 11 am to 4 pm. I said " que barbaridad" and Joe started telling if I don't like it go somewhere else. Terrible personnel and parts section don't even have hours of operation. Terrible experience.

I bought a new dryer . The guy that attended me was okay . The other guys and one women seemed to not want to be there . I tried to make conversation, but they seemed ANNOYED . I asked one of the guys about a certain item and he told me to ask the other guy which I did . He looked Annoyed. Probably won’t be back . Maybe cause it was a MONDAY .

Went in today to try to buy 2 burner replacement units for our GE Stove and the gentleman would Not even try to cross reference the parts with them in hand,so for me this is Not good Customer service at all and wanted us to bring him the Model number of the stove...Not only No but No thanks,never again will come here and will give them Bad comments Always ‼️

Went in for an appliance and was super excited because the gentlemen said they’d be able to deliver same day. We were in a huge pinch as we’re expecting a little one and are in the throes of preparation. Well we got a call at the time they were scheduled to deliver saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver until 2 days later. Incredibly disappointing as it felt as if they just told us same day delivery to make a sale. Would recommend triple checking that the salesmen confirm a delivery date.
